See this is a very unnoticeable thing at first because when every time I turn up my PC so it takes a long time to boot. At first, I was shocked and I tried to open chrome and see that if it isn't downloading any big file.

So I will tell you some fixes that will help you to fix chrome using too much CPU at startup-


Disable all extensions

This may be the main reason that chrome is malfunctioning because many chrome extensions are not safe for users because they can steal your personal data and can cause some trouble to your PC. To disable the extensions follow my steps-

> Open your chrome browser.

> Click on settings from the right tab.

> Now click on tools and then on extensions.

> Now from here you can manage all of your extensions and can choose which one you want to keep and which one you don't.


Reset Chrome to default settings

 Note: Please note that while resetting your google chrome it will clear all your data and bookmarks, so I will recommend that before resetting chrome take a complete backup of your data.


Steps to Reset Google Chrome- 


So to reset Google Chrome to default settings on Windows 10 all you need to do is

> Open your Chrome Browser,

> Click on the three dots menu located at the top right and select the Settings option from there.

> Now scroll down and click on the Advanced option to see all the advanced settings of the Chrome web browser.

> And now from here, you can reset your chrome browser.


Un-Install and then re-install chrome

Now, this is a totally 100% working method because this is the only way to fix chrome using too much CPU at startup.
