1-Original and Plagiarism-free Content
When we are in our starting days of Blogging or when we freshly start blogging with the lack of knowledge, at that time we always think that why we should write an article of our own in fact, we can just simply copy-paste that article from someone else blog and that will be easy for us. For this moment the term PLAGIARISM was created by google. Plagiarism simply refers to the originality of your article, if you have copy-pasted the article from someone's website then your article will be considered plagiarised with a rating of 0-100%.
And if we open Google Adsense Privacy and policy page then it is clearly mentioned that any article that is plagiarised above 15% will not be able to rank on the search results as the article or the blog will be blacklisted from Google.
So if you write plagiarism-free articles then you will get Google Adsense approval within 5-7 days. There is no space for a website that publishes plagiarised articles in Google Adsense.

2- No Article related to Downloading
Yes, you heard it right, Google Adsense does not allow publishers to publish any type of content related to downloading any kind of stuff from their website. They have clearly mentioned it on their Privacy and Policy page, As they think that you are spamming the audience that is visiting your sites so they reject your approval for Google Adsense.
So I clearly say you that please do not publish any kind of article which is related to downloading an app or any kind of stuff if you want google to accept your approval. But you can post these kinds of articles later after you get the AdSense approval without any issues.
3- Minimum 20-25 Articles before Appling for Google Adsense
If you want Google to authorize your website and to gain attention from the users that are coming to Google and searching for a particular topic. So before giving AdSense approval, Google wants to confirm that this website publishes articles on daily basis, the content of the website is genuine and plagiarism free so they want you to write 20 to 25 minimum articles before applying for Google AdSense approval.
And there is another important thing to note that whenever you submit your request for Google AdSense approval that many people stop writing articles and wait for Google to authorize their website but the thing is that Google monitors your website and see that after applying for Google AdSense approval that you are publishing an article on daily basis or not if you are not publishing articles after applying for Google AdSense then they will not give your approval for AdSense hence they will reject your website
