Before we go further let's first talk about that what makes your pc or laptops slow:

• Due to not updating regularly.
• Main reason is any kind of malware in pc.
• May be you don't have enough space in your pc.
• You should uninstall applications that you don't use.
• Due to old hardware.

So this are the main reasons which makes your pc or laptop slow and laggy, So let,s begin to fix this crap.

How to fix slow computer or laptop.

Let's start from the basic:

1- Clean your C drive in my pc

Cleaning your C drive is most important and basic thing that you should do regularly to your pc or laptop.

• First head up to my computer.

• Then right click on c drive and select "properties".

• From here you can clean you disk, click "disk cleanup".

• Then select the cache files you want to delete and click "ok".

• Then it will take a few sec or minutes then it will delete all the unwanted files.

2- Delete temp files from your pc

In pc when we do regular stuffs like browsing, gaming or any kind of work.

Then while we are busy doing our work then windows makes the history of your work you do

and saves it in the directory that is what we call temporary files in windows.

Let's delete these files.

Step 1

• Press windows key + R and then type temp in the run command and click ok.

• Then select all these files and click permanently delete.

Step 2

• Press windows key + R and then type %temp% in the run command and click ok.

• Then select all these files and click permanently delete.

3- Stop programs running on startup

This will help you to stop programs running in the background and the programs that automatically run on startup can slow down your computer. Their are some programs that are important and you want to run, such as antivirus software, but you will remove only the unwanted app.

First right-click on the taskbar and select Task Manager or you can hit Ctrl-Shift-Escape to open. Go to the Startup tab and here you’ll be able to review the app you wanted to run on startup, and other you wanted to close then select it and just click disable.

4- Adjusting the power options.

Windows usually have power options since its beginning, and its main to  fix slow computer. In power options user can use the pc in the mode that they want to use it but in this blog will suggest you the setting keeping in mind that how can you fix slow pc. 

Ahead of this let's began, Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Use Balance mode. Either you can also choose or create a plan you would like to start with, and enter a name for your new plan, and then select Next.

And you can customize your plan according to your usage.

5-     Uninstall all unwanted applications.

This is one of the another fix that you can do with your system.

According to windows guide keeping the app the app in your pc for a long time that you dosen't use any more also makes your pc feels bulky and you can uninstall them in a fraction of time let's see how:

Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall .

Now from here you can simply uninstall any app  that you don't use. 

Another thing is that may your pc or laptop is old enough that it can't run the latest applications on your pc. This is because of nowadays applications are designed on the basis of latest software that's why it can't run the program smoothly. If you have any doubt clear it in the comment box.
